  4. I'm doing c25k in preparation for my first two 5k races at the beginning of June! I'd love to track my heart rate, but dont have a monitor :)

  6. I walk about 5 miles 4-5 days a week and run about 2.5 miles 2-3 times a week. I prefer running but I have a friend that is trying real hard to get into better shape and often lacks motivation. She now looks forward to getting some exercise while having some girl time. Neither of us monitor our heart rates. If I won this she and I could split the cost of one monitor and then both have one :)

  7. walking, water aerobics, some yoga.....newly diagnosed with high blood pressure so this would be a definite benefit.

  8. I enjoy riding my bike and I do not monitor heart rate but I do check my blood pressure when done with the ride.
